About Xtep

Mr. Cheung Yan Kiu (蔣鑫橋), aged 36, joined the Group in 2019 and served as the finance controller of the Group. Mr. Cheung was responsible for the financial and accounting affairs of the athleisure segment. Before joining the Group, he worked in an international accounting firm for over nine years in both assurance and transaction advisory services. He has extensive experience in accounting, mergers and acquisitions, taxation, financial management, and corporate governance. Mr. Cheung is a Fellow of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants (HKICPA), a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales (ICAEW), and a member of CPA Australia. He is also a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA), Financial Risk Manager (FRM), and Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst (CAIA). Additionally, Mr. Cheung has obtained a certificate from the CFA Institute in ESG investing. Mr. Cheung graduated with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting and Finance degree from The University of Hong Kong.
